2010 Sees the official launch of Freedive Cape Town!

After many years of absence, South Africa will once again have an AIDA sanctioned freediving competion. The iHound Pool Challenge will take place on the 22nd of August in Cape Town. Please see our 'Competitions' page for more details.

The Triple Depth competion run by our sister school, Freedive Dahab, runs from September 22nd to 29th. It is an AIDA sanctioned competition. This is not one to be missed!
